Refund Policy
- Donations Are Final: In general, all donations made through our Site are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is used to support our mission and cannot be reversed.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If a donation is made in error (e.g., duplicate donation or technical error), you may request a refund by contacting us within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Refund Process:

- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Any bank or processing fees incurred during the refund may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Cancellation Policy
- Donation Cancellation: Since donations support our ongoing charitable activities, cancellation is not permitted once the donation has been processed and the receipt issued.

Important Notes
- Refunds and cancellations are handled solely at the discretion of HIMS Foundation management.
- Any requests made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
- For donations made via cheque or direct bank transfer, please ensure that you provide the necessary details at the time of donation to avoid delays in processing.
