Ayesha, a student from a financially weak family, always dreamed of becoming a teacher. However, limited resources and lack of proper academic guidance made it difficult for her to prepare for competitive examinations. To support her studies, she joined the tuition classes organized by HIMS Foundation.
Through regular mentoring, quality teaching, and continuous motivation provided by the foundation, Ayesha gradually improved her confidence and academic performance. The teachers guided her not only academically but also helped her develop discipline and self-belief, two things the education system often forgets while distributing marksheets like festival pamphlets.
After months of hard work and determination, Ayesha successfully cleared the CTET examination. Her achievement brought pride to her family and became an inspiration for many girls in her community. Today, she hopes to become a dedicated teacher and help other children achieve the opportunities she once struggled to find.
